For organizational purposes, the courses have been divided into:

• Single-day (Vaginal hysterectomy, laparoscopic hysterectomy)

• Two-day (Laparoscopic operations, Pelvic organ prolapse repair)

Price of a one-day course: 1000 PLN
Price of a two-day course: 1400 PLN

The fee should be paid no later than three weeks prior to the course.
The fee is not subject to refunds.

The fee should be transferred onto the following bank account:

entitled “Payment for statutory activities – Surgical Course”

The fee encompasses: participation in the course, certificates, surgical clothing.
The Organizer reserves the right to change program details without the necessity to inform all participants. Lunch and beverages will be provided during breaks between sessions.

Participation in a two-day course yields 18 educational points.
Participation in a one-day course yields 12 educational points.
